Superside is looking for an Operations & Strategy Coordinator/Manager to establish and drive program management frameworks and processes for our customers' onboarding.
Reporting to the Head of Onboarding Operations, you’ll have a key role in enhancing strategic alignment, efficiency, and efficacy in our operational initiatives and service deliveries. You’ll achieve it by collaborating with different stakeholders to build standardized processes while assessing their performance to improve them continually.
