Operations and Strategy Coordinator/Manager

Superside is looking for an Operations & Strategy Coordinator/Manager to establish and drive program management frameworks and processes for our customers' onboarding.
Reporting to the Head of Onboarding Operations, you’ll have a key role in enhancing strategic alignment, efficiency, and efficacy in our operational initiatives and service deliveries. You’ll achieve it by collaborating with different stakeholders to build standardized processes while assessing their performance to improve them continually.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify key strategic projects and initiatives that align with Superside’s goals hand-in-hand with stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain standardized project management frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all customers' onboarding initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged
  • Evaluate and allocate resources necessary to support initiatives, ensuring optimal use without overburdening available assets
  • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of customers' onboarding and other initiatives and implement data-driven changes and optimizations
  • Identify and address pain points in current processes and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Update and refine project management processes based on feedback and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
  • Serve as Project Manager to oversee the advancement and implementation of solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders
  • Develop the team’s working methods and gradually earn the trust of stakeholders through consistent performance and delivery

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years experience in project/program management, or at least 2 years in strategy consulting and exposure to tech initiatives
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, either directly or indirectly
  • Strong proficiency in implementing and standardizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills with extensive project management capabilities, including meeting deadlines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components and develop optimal solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information appropriately to different audiences, including executives and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in multiple companies, providing diverse perspectives, and adaptability to different environments is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, business partners, and leadership
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and growth mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate priorities and build relationships across organizations
