What You'll Do

  • Evolve Superside’s marketing analytics to improve full-funnel visibility and address data quality issues proactively.
  • Build and optimize dashboards that clarify performance, forecast pipeline, and measure the impact of each marketing touchpoint.
  • Lead improvements to inbound lead processes, including routing, scoring, and enrichment, in partnership with RevOps, Lifecycle, and Growth.
  • Own campaign tagging and tracking frameworks (UTMs, naming conventions, governance) to ensure accurate, scalable performance reporting.
  • Oversee marketing data quality and governance initiatives, maintaining clean, enriched, and actionable datasets.
  • Identify process gaps, design operational improvements, and drive execution across teams.
  • Partner with analytics, automation, and marketing teams to standardize reporting and accelerate decision-making.
  • Develop playbooks and documentation to ensure consistency, adoption, and scalability across the org.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance analytics, or growth infrastructure.
  • Advanced expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM), and CDPs (Segment or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and lead management best practices, including scoring, routing, and enrichment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing measurement, attribution models, and full-funnel performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience improving data capture, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • SQL and BI expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Proactive, systems-minded problem solver who brings both analytical rigor and operational empathy.
