Senior FullStack Engineer
Superside is hiring a Senior FullStack Engineer to help automate how creative talent is staffed to projects at scale. As we move from manual allocation to AI-assisted staffing throughout 2026, you’ll build internal tools that manage availability, skills, and complex scheduling with speed and precision.
You’ll own work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend logic and data, using AI tools where they add leverage while staying in control of quality and architecture.



What You'll Do
- Lead development of secure, scalable features for staffing automation, resource management, and scheduling.
- Architect and build performant UIs such as interactive timelines and real-time grids using React.
- Ensure backend services built with Kotlin and Spring Boot efficiently support complex frontend workflows.
- Use agentic coding tools to accelerate boilerplate and refactoring, focusing your time on high-leverage decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to turn manual staffing workflows into intuitive software experiences.
- Improve system performance through UI optimizations and database-level improvements.
- Drive technical strategy and best practices for visualizing complex operational data.



What You'll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with strong depth in both frontend and backend systems.
- Frontend expertise in React; backend experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system development.
- Strong testing discipline across unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges with clarity and creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of autonomy and ownership in a remote environment.
- Interest in AI-powered product development and automation.
- Comfortable using agentic coding tools while staying accountable for quality and outcomes.
- Proactive use of agentic coding tools as part of your workflow, while always staying accountable and in control of your output and contributions.
