Marketing Strategist
Superside is seeking a Marketing Strategist to help shape the direction behind the work, building clarity, alignment, and momentum for brands across industries. You’ll turn business objectives into actionable strategies and creative frameworks that connect data, insight, and storytelling to drive growth.
This is a highly autonomous role in a fast-moving, remote environment, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, loves solving complex problems, and turns smart ideas into decisive action.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic engagements that define marketing visions, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
- Translate business goals and audience insights into inspiring briefs and frameworks that guide creative direction.
- Bring structure to ambiguity, connecting brand, performance, and customer insights into cohesive strategies.
- Partner with creative and production leads to ensure work reflects the strategy and delivers measurable results.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions that surface insights, strengthen ideas, and align stakeholders.
- Use research, data, and emerging technologies to refine strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Proactively shape deliverables, identify next steps, and drive progress across teams with clear communication.
- Experiment with tools (including AI) to sharpen insight, concepting, and efficiency in strategic workflows.
- Continuously evolve how strategy is delivered, making it faster, smarter, and more impactful.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, or campaign strategy, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights, creativity, and business impact.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to simplify complexity and build buy-in.
- Proactive, organized, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote setup.
- Insight-driven and tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of tools (including AI) that enhance research and ideation.
- Naturally collaborative and open-minded, focused on helping teams create strategically sound, creatively excellent work.
