Event Marketing Specialist
Superside is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to help bring our global virtual event programs to life. From flagship summits and digital conferences to webinars and customer roundtables, you’ll play a key role in planning, promoting, and executing experiences that elevate Superside’s brand, generate demand, and strengthen our community.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Event Marketing Manager and partner with content, creative, demand gen, and sales teams to deliver events that run smoothly, engage audiences, and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of Superside’s virtual events (summits, webinars, workshops, and customer programs).
- Manage promotion and registration campaigns across email, social, and partner channels, working with creative and demand gen teams.
- Handle event operations: platform setup (e.g. Zoom, Zuddl, ON24), run-of-show docs, rehearsals, and live event support.
- Assist with speaker management, from outreach and scheduling to prep and materials.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to produce pre- and post-event assets (landing pages, recaps, social clips, gated content).
- Track event performance and deliver insights to improve future programming.
- Research event marketing trends and technologies to keep Superside ahead of the curve.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or creative services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities.
- Hands-on experience with virtual event tools (e.g. Zoom, Hopin, ON24, Zuddl) and comfort with CRM/marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on audience experience.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote-first team.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with an interest in creative industries, marketing innovation, and AI technologies.
