Creative (Print & Packaging Design)
Superside is looking for a Creative with a passion for print, packaging, and Generative AI to craft high-quality, brand-aligned designs across physical and digital formats. In this role, you’ll combine strong design fundamentals with technical precision to create impactful, human-centered work for leading global brands.
You’ll work closely with creative leads to bring ideas to life, across packaging, marketing collateral, and branded touchpoints, while experimenting with AI tools to enhance creative quality and efficiency. You’re curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative, contributing to a culture of growth, empathy, and excellence at Superside.
What You'll Do
- Design print and packaging materials including brochures, flyers, labels, boxes, event assets, and branded merchandise.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready designs with exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Apply and evolve brand systems across formats, maintaining visual consistency and design excellence.
- Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet brand, technical, and timeline requirements.
- Adapt creative direction and feedback into scalable, production-ready outputs across multiple touchpoints.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully within your workflow to enhance ideation, automation, and creative experimentation.
- Contribute to strategic discussions, connecting design decisions to broader creative and business goals.
- Participate in open, collaborative reviews and provide constructive feedback that supports team growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas clearly and supportively.
- 3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative, with a strong history of producing high-quality, multidisciplinary work.
- Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
- Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.
- Skilled in giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in creative and collaborative discussions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
