AI Creative, Advocacy
Superside is looking for an AI Specialist to push the boundaries of what’s possible when creativity meets technology. In this role, your main focus will be helping our Sales team win new business through imaginative, high-impact creative showcases that demonstrate what’s possible with Superside. You’ll also work with the Marketing team to explore new ways AI can elevate our campaigns, storytelling, and creative workflows.
You’ll sit within the Marketing team and partner closely with Sales, strategy, and creative leaders across time zones. You’ll be the bridge between creative craft and AI innovation, turning ideas into visual stories that inspire customers and show the power of pairing AI with creative expertise.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales to create quick-turn creative showcases, prototypes, and visual examples that bring Superside’s AI-enhanced capabilities to life.
- Join customer conversations to help translate creative ideas and AI potential into inspiring, practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to bring AI thinking into campaigns, social content, and storytelling that shows what creativity looks like in the age of AI.
- Explore and experiment with generative AI tools for image, video, and design to enhance speed, craft, and creativity.
- Develop and demonstrate repeatable AI workflows that help scale creative quality across teams.
- Translate technical possibilities into visual stories and creative outputs that feel strategic, useful, and human.
- Share learnings, trends, and best practices to help the broader Superside team stay ahead of the curve on AI-driven creativity.
- Advocate for thoughtful, ethical, and human-centred use of AI across all creative work.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative leadership within a digital-first or agency environment.
- A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, creative storytelling, and examples of AI-enhanced or technology-led work.
- Proven experience creating visual narratives that connect business value with creative impact.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across marketing, creative, and sales functions.
- Curiosity and confidence in experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas feel simple and exciting.
- A proactive mindset and passion for exploring how creativity and technology can work together.
- A grounded, collaborative approach that values curiosity, clarity, and craft in equal measure.
