Creative (Graphic Designer)
Superside is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our global creative team. You'll create standout visual work for some of the world's most ambitious brands: from brand identity and campaign design to digital and social assets. You’ll be working alongside creative leads, project managers, and clients across a wide range of industries.
This is a hands-on design role built for the way design actually gets made today. You'll spend most of your time designing, building concepts, refining visual systems, and pushing craft, using today's leading AI creative tools as a core part of your process, not an afterthought. We're looking for designers who already treat tools & models like Flora, Krea, Figma AI, Claude, NanoBanana, GPT Image, and Seedance as part of their everyday kit, and who know when to reach for them and when strong traditional craft is what the work actually needs.
What You'll Do
- Design across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms: logos, visual identity systems, social and display content, presentations, web and landing pages, and more.
- Use generative AI tools & models (e.g. Flora, Krea, Figma AI, Claude, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seedance, etc.) throughout your process: concepting, ideation, image generation, layout exploration, and production to move faster without sacrificing craft.
- Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual concepts, iterating based on feedback from creative leads and clients.
- Maintain and evolve visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across deliverables and touchpoints.
- Apply strong fundamentals such as typography, layout, color, and composition to produce work that is both conceptually sharp and production-ready.
- Know where AI-assisted output needs a human hand to protect brand integrity, craft quality, and emotional resonance, and refine accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and fellow designers across multiple concurrent projects and accounts.
- Give and receive constructive creative feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Stay current on new AI tools and workflows as they emerge, and share techniques and learnings with the wider design team.
- Manage your time and priorities across multiple projects, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years of experience as a designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and visual craft across brand, campaign, and digital work.
- Hands-on, current experience with generative AI creative tools & models like Flora, Krea, Figma AI, Claude, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seedance, etc as a required, everyday part of your workflow, not a nice-to-have.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Solid grounding in design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and explain design decisions clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and working across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote-first environment.
