GenAI Consulting Manager
We’re seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Manager to lead a consulting team and advise our customers on implementing Generative AI. This role is fundamental to pushing our customer's creative capabilities into a new era.
As a high-growth scale-up that works remotely with brands like Meta, Amazon and Salesforce, we are uniquely positioned to transform the Generative AI capabilities of our customer portfolio of 450+ brands.
You will be part of our newly formed Generative AI function, managing a team of associates to ensure the successful transformation of our customers’ creative functions through the integration of Generative AI.
What You'll Do
- Manage a 2-3 people strong team of GenAI consulting associates in guiding our customers in the successful implementation of Generative AI into their workflows
- Develop our customer base, including the preparation of letters of proposal and leading exploratory calls with existing and new customers
- Support shaping our AI-driven creative consultancy strategies to meet our customers' needs and goals
- Configuring and implementing Generative AI tools for our customers, including custom GPTs, MidJourney prompt libraries, and Runway environment setup, and integrating them into their existing systems through low-code/no-code integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make.co)
- Lead upskilling training courses and change management for the integration of Generative AI into their workforce
- Develop and grow yourself and your team as thought leaders in AI within the creative industry
What You'll Need to Succeed
- BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting role in strategy consulting or technology consulting, ideally from an MBB firm with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership role
- Experience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative context
- Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
- A passion for generative AI and programmatic creation
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
