Superside is expanding its Customer Success team and is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with our top-tier brands and companies, such as Meta, Amazon, Red Bull, Cisco, and LVMH, as well as SMBs.
You will help our customers realize maximum value from our collaboration by engaging with end-users and executives alike to ensure that our customers love, adapt, and grow with Superside.
This position is distinct from a Customer Support role. It necessitates a proactive approach to our customers, anticipating their strategies and future needs before any issues arise. Successful candidates will have a background in account management and a genuine customer-centric mindset.
