Director (Creative Excellence)
Superside is looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the charge in positioning us as the creative partner for our customers. We need someone who can create, build, and develop our internal frameworks on how creative work should get done, inspire our team, and drive us toward creative excellence.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver strategic creative solutions to brands across all segments and industries and for all channels and platforms by training, growing, and leveraging our globally distributed team of top-talent creatives.

What You'll Do
- Craft internal processes and methodologies defining our unique creative work approach, ensuring they are both innovative and scalable
- Uphold the Superside framework for developing creative ideas, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative capabilities, including alignment with AI-enhanced practices
- Lead the charge in driving our creative efforts upstream and cementing Superside's position as a creative partner of choice
- Work closely with the other Creative Directors to develop creative training, mentorship, and supporting promotions and recruiting
- Get hands-on when needed on designing, ideating, and selling
- Sell big ideas to customers with business impact, leveraging your exceptional conceptual and art direction skills while staying informed on how AI can enhance and support these ideas
- Track and communicate on the delivery of outstanding creative projects that inspire confidence and trust from our customers
- Inspire and mentor our Creative and Project Management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Creative, Communication, or a similar field
- Proven track record as a world-class creative leader in a high-paced, international environment
- Strong operational and business acumen and understanding of the role of creativity in driving business growth and returns
- Exceptional conceptual and art direction skills, enabling strategic and creative thinking and leveraging AI where they add value
- Excellent sales and customer experience abilities, passionate about building and nurturing customer relationships
- Proficiency in integrated advertising thinking, with a comprehensive understanding of both above-the-line and below-the-line strategies
- Passion for process and order, adept at developing and implementing efficient workflows and methodologies
- A natural leader with experience managing a large team, inspiring it to achieve its best while encouraging an open-minded approach to AI-enhanced creativity
- Passion for mentoring and training others toward excellence, happiness, and success
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional storytelling and group discussion abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and results-oriented
