Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a knack for problem-solving to join our dynamic finance team. As part of this team, you will be involved in driving process improvements and developing a best-in-class finance function.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance function
Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes, leveraging industry best practices, technology and innovative solutions
Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teams
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risks
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, and demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results
Experience self-building basic integrations, workflows, API connections, dashboards, SQL queries and custom forms, in order to drive automation. Experience within Netsuite is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs

First interview with the team

An initial interview between you and someone from the team to get to know each other and learn more about how we work.

Assessment

This is your time to shine! You'll receive an hypothetical business case to work on.

Final Interview

1h conversation with a Team Lead. You’ll first have the opportunity to present your work before diving deeper into your past experience. We always set aside some time for your questions so don’t hesitate to prep some! We want to make sure we’re the right place for you as much as you’re the right fit for us!
