Operations Excellence Associate

Superside is looking for a solutions-oriented Operations Excellence Associate to join us in the quest of building the best creative experience.

Joining the expanding Operations Excellence team, you'll be a part of one of the core functions in our department. You will be working on the staffing front of the operations process, gathering insights and providing suggestions on improving how we operate.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will directly contribute to improving a critical organizational area at Superside and making a change in the company.

  • Report on and understand our creative team's concerns and sentiment
  • Monitor staffing KPI to ensure our creatives and project managers can always deliver great products rapidly
  • Identify issues and potential improvements in the operations process
  • Monitor accounts on a regular basis to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Support the Operations team in optimizing processes
  • Become an expert on our processes to act as a resource for other team members

Our biggest challenges right now

Superside has its own in-house DesignOps system allowing our creatives, project managers, and creative leads to collaborate seamlessly with customers. We've been scaling fast and growing a lot in the past years. With hundreds of team members and demand for projects, we now need to manage the task of efficiently staffing people on projects. That calls for someone who is able to autonomously find and come up with creative solutions to the relevant issues.

  • 1-2 years of past experience in operations (at a tech start-up or scale-up is a bonus)
  • High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability
  • Excel or Google Sheets savvy with the ability to do index matching and data analysis
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the emotional intelligence needed to handle delicate situations
  • Sense of project management and dealing with different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills
