We are growing our Finance team and are looking for a driven Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to build out Superside’s forward-looking capabilities.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team that supports the long-term strategic planning of Superside and helps our business areas with financial analysis & planning. As a key member of the Finance team’s leadership, you will bring a vision to support Superside’s ambition to grow fast while maintaining good financial health.
Your success in this position will rely on your ability to effectively collaborate with other business areas and position Finance as the function that provides value-added analysis to support critical decision-making across the board.
We've been fast scaling and have reached a size that requires someone to help the leadership plan ahead and continue scaling the company in the right direction.
This director role has high visibility and exposure within the company. That calls for someone who can gain senior leadership's trust and respect to support Supersides' major business decisions.
